We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK.

• Free UK Delivery on all orders over £40
• Standard UK Delivery: £3.45 (Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days)
• All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EVN Jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Please contact us at evnjewellery@gmail.com to start your return or exchange
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a free return label

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: We currently only offer returns within the UK.
